In regards to damaged product, all of our items are sitting in an Amazon warehouse and they are responsible for putting them into a box and shipping them out. Sometimes they use a box that is too big and don't add enough padding to keep our items from getting banged around during transportation.

We tried our best by double sealing the tops (like ketchup bottles) and shipping the sprayers separately, but accidents still happen so please just reach out and one of our team members will be happy to help.

If your sprayer doesn't work properly, or if it stops working, please Contact Us and we will be happy to get a new one sent to you.

As a general rule, try to never buy more of any product that you can't reasonably see yourself using in 1.5 to 2 years time.

At CAR GUYS, we sometimes like to reformulate and tweak formulas every few years.

We will only ever consider reformulating to keep up with advances in chemical engineering so that we can make our products perform even better. 

We will NEVER reformulate for the purpose of increasing profits as we take pride in only using the highest quality materials available.

Most of our products will stay good for about 2 years, sometimes longer, just make sure it stays above freezing and you should be just fine. To get the best shelf life, optimal storage temperature is around 50-60 degrees.
